I have red itchy skin around my nose, what is it?

well-known skin itchy red in the item: question ? I have red itchy skin around my nose, what is it I am a wife of sixteen years and four years I had the red skin and occasionally itching in and about my nose. They are always a reddish color, and lately I've noticed that they also painful and irritated and I'm not positive why it is. I've in no way been to the medical doctors about it, and I was asking yourself if any person had any thought what it is or how it can aid prevent. Thank you :)
